STOP THIS MASSACRE! Please, we can do it!

"At the current International Whale Commission meeting in Portugal, Denmark has asked for Greenland to hunt and kill 50 humpback whales. Sweden is supporting their request. Fifty more whales to slaughter!! Isn’t it enough that they keep beaching themselves en masse, from the sonic torture in their habitats and other alterations man is rendering to their eco-sytems?

My friend, Hardy Jones, of Bluevoice.org is calling for help. We need immense social outcry to stop Denmark (and the countries that will follow their lead!) from killing these great and beautiful creatures. Humpbacks are slow swimmers, easy to hunt. Their populations are just rebuilding after remorseless hunting. The targeted humpbacks are well known and loved by populations along the eastern seaboard of the United States and Canada and admired and respected by people around the world.

He is asking you to please take action by writing to this misguided ‘leader’ URGENTLY and expressing your absolute protest against killing any more whales:

email the Prime Minister of Denmark. This must be done from your own email account – not just a click from BV which will be filtered. Below is the email address and sample letter – you can add your own personal comments which make the email more effective.

I protest in the strongest terms Denmark’s support of the slaughter of fifty humpbacks from the Northeast Atlantic stock. Humpbacks are loved and respected by many around the world. Your actions are unthinkable. When making travel plans I shall remember your efforts to kill these highly intelligent, social and endangered animals and I will do everything in my power to help others, who are still unaware of your intentions, to join my protest against this inhumane and unnecessary slaughter.

You are both right - on one level the whale feels no pain as Steven says - on another level it endures horrific suffering both are true. Steven words are truly comforting here to know the higher level these amazing animals can take themselves to to bring healing & release from the suffering but action can be, should be and MUST be taken on the physical level. Just opening your hearts to the plight here and sending your loving thoughts & energy as you communicate here ( or in meditation ) is the greatest service - the human level now has a portal for us to do something really grounded and physical, make a difference by joining the petition & sending the mail......

No sweet heart, we are not arguing and i totally understood your good intentions, but yes we can do something, that is exactly what i was talking about, if you read the article, it explains how you can help, you just have to take the minister's amail and send him a letter from your amail (they even put an example) of course if you want too, otherwise you can pass it on and on to other people to do so. Do not worry, i perfectly know that your intentions are the Best. Bless you.!

i completely agree lets not argue about this, but at the end of the day we cannot do anything to change this problem right now, what i am saying is comforting to you, or atleast i am trying to comfort you.

Steven i agree with you, this is cruel, and as for the suffering, ask the people who have been tortured. You see there is a danger when we think that, because we just let it be and do nothing to stop it. With all respect and Love , i think there is a reason for showing us all this cruelty(for me, it is the same for all beeings on this planet and everywhere in the Univers), the reason is to Stand up and Stop it! To Show what Being a Human means, respect, protection and Love for all Lives and their Habitat. So I totally agree with you about Christ but let us not forget the Compassion he teached us, and after all he was a Fighter too.

oh my goodness, i have never seen anything so cruel, i will now sign the petition, although i think it is best to point out the fact that those who look like they are suffering are not within their bodies, their souls have passed on before any suffering had taken place, many are not aware of this which is why we fight so intensely against circumstance instead of letting it be

when jesus christ dies for us on the cross he created something that has helped us in our ascension dramatically it is the compassion grid and it is this that takes away the pain of a fight (adrenaline) and it is this that protects a soul from being traumatised
